Our next stop (after lunch, which was St Peter's Fish) we went to the
Yigal Alon Museum. This is where the museum where the
Jesus Boat is located. The boat was discovered along the shore of the Sea of Galilee late in the 1970's. It was discovered that the boat was built nearly 2000 years ago. It was kind of cool to see the boat and interesting to see how the boat was brought up.
After seeing the Jesus Boat we got to go on a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.
They are wooden boats and ours was named Noah.
We got the boat to ourselves which was probably good, because we were just goofing around. We took some fun pictures jumping around. It was a nice little trip around the lake. Definitely relaxing.
